Return To Training

We are excited to return to training with our athletes! To keep our athletes and clients safe, we are following all advice and recommendations provided by the CDC, state, and local authorities. Our return to training will be in a phased approach as we continue to adjust to the aftermath of COVID-19.

Phase 1

June 1 until we are permitted and it is safe to move to Phase 2

Outdoor session up to six participants

Flexible online class scheduling format

Focus on regaining muscular strength after time away from the gym

Strict adherence to social distancing standards, enhanced cleaning, and no sharing of equipment​

Phase 2

Upon permission from state and local authorities we will move back inside to the gym

Groups up to 3 participants at set days and times each week

Separate workout area for each participant to prevent sharing equipment and athletes crossing during workouts

Focus on continuing muscular strength and a phased approach to reconditioning energy systems

Continued strict adherence to social distancing standards, enhanced cleaning, and no sharing of equipment​

Phase 3

If necessary and appropriate, reintroducing larger groups (up to six) in the gym upon

permission from state and local authorities

Focus on "prepare to play" preseason power, strength, and conditioning

Focus on continuing muscular strength and a phased approach to reconditioning energy systems
